Class Description
We will tour the North African Cuisine by way of Morocco. This class we will demonstrate a Harissa Chicken, Chorizo, and Chic pea stew, as well as Kefta pita pockets, as well as making an indigenous condiment called Chermoula sauce. All these flavors will create an amazing experience of deliciousness.
