Class Description
Together we will learn to make flaky empanada dough filled with a spicy and bold chicken filling. Also, the Latin flavor of Chimichurri sauce and roasted corn and black bean salsa with turn this class into a fiesta!! Learn the importance of peppers and spices as they are incorporated into each dish. As you learn of these flavor profiles, you will be wowing your family at the next celebration!
