Class Description
In this Moroccan cooking class you will enjoy the spices and techniques that are unique to their region. Whether it is the herbs, spices, or the use of different vessels, you will walk away empowered to serve up these great recipes. You will experience the bold and aromatic flavors that encompass this region of the world, tasting your own creation.
We will be making Kefta, as well as a Harissa Chicken and Chorizo Stew!!
We will be using fresh cilantro, parsley and scallions, as well as deep aromatic spices such as cumin, coriander and cardamom.
